2012 Warrior Track Classic

Welcome to the 5th annual Warrior Track Classic. We hope that you and your team will be able to join us this year. Here are some new items for 2012:
- We have moved the SEEDED 3K sections back into the finals to give athletes a chance to double in the 200 and 4x400.
- We will have FAT this year.
- We will host Medley Relay Challenge day on Friday, April 15th. We will have an 800 SMR, 1600 SMR, Frosh/Soph 1600 SMR, and a DMR. Any teams that enter both (the relay day and the Warrior Classic) will receive a discounted entry fee.
- There will be no trials in the sprints and hurdles. If there are more than 24 entries, we will take the top 6 fastest to the finals.
- Entry declaration form and payment is due by mail or email by April 11, 2012
- Fees are $140 for a single gender squad or $200 for a co-ed team. Single entries of bona fide schools are $12 each. If you enter the medley relays on Thursday the Warrior Classic fee is $120 for single gender and $170 for coed teams.
- Each school is allowed 3 entries per event and can enter 1 team in each relay.
- When entering the boys 1500 or 3000 please use 1600 or 3200 meter times for seeding purposes.
- Your entries need to be filled out using Hy-Tek Team Manager or the Excel sheet provided. Make sure to click on the relay tab of the spreadsheet to enter your relays. Fill out the form exactly as provided. If you are using Hy-Tek you can download the event file and import it to Team Manager so that your events are the same as ours. This process needs to be completed by Wednesday, April 13th. Performance Lists will be posted after 12 PM on April 19th. You will not be notified of rejection.
- Changes/scratches can be made up to Saturday, April 21st at 8:30 AM.
- Awards can be picked up at the awards table as soon as the event results have been announced and posted.
- Results will be posted at the meet, on this website, and at Section 2 Harrier, Armory Track and Dyestat
- There will be a jury of appeals designated on meet day to handle any conflicts. A referee will also be appointed from the certified officials that are present. A listing of these individuals will be made available on this website on or before April 19th.
