The War of The Worlds
was a great book by H.G Wells. Another great book by him was The Time Machine
. This was middle reading level, and it is very short. It is also a great book.
This was also a great action book with aliens attacking all the time. I liked this
book because it had aliens in it. I love books with aliens in them. This book takes
place in 1940's. Heres some info on the book.
This book is about aliens that come down from Mars in little pods. People don't know
what they are? So people start going up to the pods and some of the time the aliens
come out and and then they would shoot the people. The aliens come out and start
killing and destroying everything. They have little land cars that they drive around
killing people. The main character and his wife go to there reletives house where
the aliens aren't. The aliens soon go to where they are and start killing people
there to. the people don't know what to do? Every one is scared. Millions of people
die from the aliens lots of landscapes and houses are being destroyed it is not a
pretty site.
I would like to tell you some more about the aliens. One time, the aliens tried
to make a flying ship. they built it and it flew for two seconds and came down hit
the ground and blew up.
I recommend this book. It was a great book. Every one should read this book. If you
do take my word and read this book you will love it! I hope you liked my review.
