If you like mysteries, you'll love And Then There Were None . There is a killer on the island, but no one knows who it is. This book is filled with action and suspense.
This book takes place in modern days. This story is about a group of middle aged people who are invited to Indian Island by several unknown people. When all ten guests arrive at the hotel, Mr. Owen and Mrs. Owen, the hosts is not there. Over the next few days all of the guests become friends. Vera Claythorn noticed ten miniature china Indians on the shelf. She thought it was cute how the name of the island and the china figures fit together. One night at dinner Mr. Anthony Marston chocked and died. The other guests thought he committed suicide but they didn't know why. After the death of Mr. Marston, Vera noticed a poem in her bedroom. The poem was "Ten Little Indians", a story about Indians die of different causes. She didn't think much of it at the time but the first little Indian died by chocking on his food. The next night, Dr. Armstrong, a guest, found Mrs. Rogers, the cook, dead in her bed next to an empty jar of medicine. The guests thought she too had killed herself. Vera once again noticed the china Indians but this time there were only eight left.
Vera told the other guests about the poem and they too had the same poem in their room. More people die by strange accidents, like when Mrs. Emily Brent died of what was you be thought a bee sting, but the guests figure out she was injected with poison. All of the guests, now realize that they are the Ten Little Indians in the the poem.
This book is for people who enjoy mystery and adventure, or for any one who likes to read.

And then there were none is by Agatha Christie. It is a book about 10 people going to Indian Island and they are being killed and no one knows why?
The characters names are Mr. Wargrave, Vera, Phillp, Emily Brent, and Mr. Rodgers, Anthony Marston, Dr. Armstrong, Lombard, Leslie. Each of them was killed but they didn't know why. Each of them wear invited to the island. But, everyday, someone killed them. There was a poem in each of their rooms that talked about ten little Indians. It said about how the ten little Indians died. It was such a coincidence that there were ten people on the island and were being killed. In the end it tells you who was the killer and why each of the people were being killed and you will be surprised because it very unexpected!
I would recommend this to a reader that likes to read but likes to read medium challenging book. I liked this book because I liked how each person got killed but you didn't know who it was until you read the whole book. You get caught up with the book and how each person gets killed! Also, the book sets you up to think of many possibilities of who killed the people, but it also makes you think that it is someone who is killing them but turns out not to be.
