White Shark is a great thriller about "a new beast that makes Jaws look like a goldfish." Simon Chase is a Marine Biologist. He studied many sea creatures. He, his son, and Tallman his assistant started to track a large Great white shark. Meanwhilek, a number of mysterious deaths were occurring on shore. Soon, Simon and his crew find out that there is something else out there in the ocean, something strange and mysterious that were causing all these deaths. Something big, something that was capable of killing lots of people without notice. The more he finds out, the less he wants to know.
The horror that Peter Benchley provides in his novels is unbelievable. White Shark provided me with entertainment throughout the whole book. There was action in every corner. His description is so good that you kind of got attached to the book. When I read it I couldnít stop. Whenever I wanted to put it down, something new would come up. An example of this action was at the begining when a man (Name Unknown) dicovers a chest at the bottom of the sea in an old U-Boat that sank because of pressurization loss. He brought the chess on the dock after retrieving it at the bottom of the ocean. When he opened it, he saw water and in a split second he had the strange sensation that he was being eaten. Before he knew it, he was dead. If you want a novel that will provide you with action and terror, I recommend this book. "I mean come on, Jaws looks like a goldfish!" It has to be good!
