A great novel I read this year was How I Broke up with Ernie,

written by: R.L.Stine. Itís about this girl Amy who was going out with this boy Ernie. Amy was getting fed up with the way Ernie acted. He acted like he was part of her family and always at her house for dinner and to see her and to play with her two younger twin brothers. They called him Bear. Amy hated Ernie being called that even though it fit him well because he was so big and muscular. The end is quite funny like after she was going with Collin whom, she absolutely adored in cuteness, and he dumped her because he said she was too violent because she flopped a cake on Ernieís head because she thought he was bringing her punch when he was only taking punch to his date Ingrid. But, in the end, since Amy didnít have anyone to be going with, she followed Ernie and Ingrid like Ernie had followed her and Collin to places like the movies. This was a great book. Iíd recommend it to anyone who likes a humorous book and/or a fairly easy book.
