My favorite book that I read this year was Cheerleaders, The Third Evil. This book was my favorite because as I was reading it, it gave a chill to me . This book was about a group of cheerleaders who were all friends and had to face fighting the evil spirit that had came back from the second and first book. The evil was in a girl named Corky . Corky was going around killing her friends. Corky wasnít realy killing her friends. The evil was because it took over Corkyís body. The one way Corky could get rid of the evil spirit was to kill herself.

In the book, Corky told Kimmy her best friend to meet her at Riveridge. The place they were going to meet was like a cliff . The evil was going to kill Kimmy by pushing her over the edge into the water. After that had happened, Corky saw Kimmy from her own mind instead of the evil. Corky decided to jump in and kill the spirit, but that would mean she was going to kill herself. By that time, Kimmy had swam to the bank. Kimmy saw Corky in the water and saved her . Corky was alive, but the spirit was dead. That was what the book was mainly about.
If you liked my book review, you would love this book. This book can be found at Van Antwerpís library.
