Are you looking for the greatest book by R.L. Stine? Than you have come to the right place.

Bad Moonlight is a great book and I highly recommend it to older children, in 6th to 8th grade. This book was not only scary but sad. Danielle had a bad life. Her parents died in a horrible car accident. She joined a band to try to cheer up but it just makes things worse. Her friends in the band die horrid deaths. The deaths are a mystery. The deaths were caused by some animal that slashes apart people. You will never guess who it is? It is the members of the band who didnít die!

Some of the characters are Marianne, Caroline, Billy, Joe,Kit and Danielle. These characters I can relate to such as Marianne. She is the type that tries to cheer up people when in need also she is a music lover. Iím sure you can relate to one of these characters not that youíre a werewolf but the better sides to them. This book is very moving and fun to read.

I recommend this book because this book has its scary parts and sad parts like the time Danielle was running through the forest to get away from being slashed to pieces. If you donít read this book, than you are missing out on a lot of things like the experience of a werewolf and being scared to your wits. You will not be able to put this down. Bad Moonlight is a great book that R.L. Stine read this book. ENJOY!!!

A great book I read this year is called Bad Moonlight. This book was written by R.L. Stine.

This book is about a girl named Danny (Danielle). Her parents died in a car accident, or at least thatís what her aunt says. She started having fantasies, bad ones, about her parentsí death. So she goes to a shrink named Dr. Moore. He tells her that doing something will help get her mind off the accident. So, Danny decides to join a band. When Danny and the band went to their first gig, they didnít have a name. That night, she thought of a song called Bad Moonlight. She was singing about how it changed her and how she was howling at the bad moonlight. When the rest of the band heard that song, they named the band Bad Moonlight.

That night while she was sleeping she heard howling outside her window, when she asked if anyone else heard it they said they didnít hear anything. She started to get really scared because every night she heard the howling. When she was walking with Kit, a member of the band, she felt like running as fast as she could. She didnít stop, but she kept asking herself, "Why am I doing this? I feel so different, almost like an animal." A few nights after that night Joey, another band member, followed her when she took a walk by herself. Then, she started running again and in one leap she cleared a wall, and landed on all fours. When she turned around there was Joey. The next day, Joey was found dead. Ripped to shreds by a wild animal. The weird thing was she didnít remember that night. Dee, another member of the band, was acting really mean to Danny and she was telling her to get out of the band or else. Danny just thought she was jealous because she was lead singer. But, then, Dee was found dead. Who or what was killing her friends? Was it her? If you want to read a scary book, then this is the one . I highly recommend it.
