My favorite book this year had to be The Ear, The Eye, And The Arm by Nancy
Farmer. It's a great book filled with excitement and it's very descriptive.
It's about these three kids who live in the future and three detectives
who are sent to find them. But what makes this book really interesting is
that the detectives are always one step behind the kids. So for most of
the book you'll ask yourself how will the detectives find the kids? It
was so good that I just kept wanting to read on so I could see what was
going to happen next. What amazed me most was that there was no boring parts.
Nancy Farmer really wrote a great book. I think that the most dramatic part
of the book was near the end because that displays the most emotion. After
you've read the book you'll probably have one question left, and that's
"where did Nancy Farmer get the ideas that she did to write this book?"
That's why The Ear, The Eye, And The Arm is such an outstanding book.
