I have read a lot of different books this year. I have read classics to but 20,000 Leagues Under The Sea is on of the best I have read. It begins when a ship out in search of a leagued dairy animal called the narwhale but the fish actually turns out to be a submarine built in the shape of a fish.
Only three men find this out. They are Professor Aronnax, Ned Land, and the professors servant, Conseil. The men are then taken prisoner by the brilliant, warped Captain Nemo. Then begins the best sea exploration known to man. The Nautilus, which is the submarine, begins its first mission which is to travel around the world. The Captain intends this to be the first of many missions his submarine will take.

You might be thinking to yourself that this is boring but you are in for one heck of a surprise. The main plot of this story is the Nautilus and its journey around the world and with it is lots of adventure and exploration.

From going hunting on the ocean floor to standing on the ruins of the city of Atlantis 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea is recommend to anyone who likes adventure, sea exploration, and a lot of action. If you like these then this book is the right book for you.
