A great book I read was The Adventures of Tom Sawyer. The book was written by Mark Twain.
The book is about Tom Sawyer and Huckleberry Finn and the adventures they have together. Tom has met with a girl named Becky Thatcher and is in love with her. Huck doesn't understand why Tom likes her. The main adventure Tom and Huck have is with a robber named Injun Joe. He had stolen a treasure from a haunted house that Tom and Huck had been looking for. Injun Joe hid the treasure and Tom and Huck tried to find it.
This is a good book because there is something always happening that isn't boring. The characters as well as the places are described like they are really there. Tom has read all sorts of books about robbers and murders and getting things to do from them. Huck is always asking questions about why the people in the books don't do things the easy way.
This is a great book to read. It's not to hard but it's not too easy. I highly recommend this book.

I read the book The Adventures of Tom Sawyer. It is an exciting, adventurous classic that keeps you at the end of your seat.
It's a novel about two boys, Tom sawyer and Huckleberry Finn, looking for excitement and adventures. They are either out searching for gold, playing pirates or out spying on murderers.
Tom sawyer was a trouble maker who never listened to his Aunt Polly (the lady he lived with). He was always trying to escape having to do chores or at night when he had to go to bed. Aunt Polly was always worrying about him and wondering where he was. He hardly ever did do his chores, and whenever he did, he always found a way to have someone else do it for them. For example, when Tom was ordered to white wash the fence. He used his good wit to get other people to paint it.
Huckleberry Finn was a boy a little bit older than Tom. He was known as the neighborhood "tough guy". He did not have any other family. He did not care though. He liked being able to do whatever he wanted, when he wanted. He also was a boy with a lot of wit. He sometimes helped Tom with his schemes.
The plot of this book was about an adventure Tom and Huck went on. It all started when they saw Injun Joe (a mean Indian) murder a man in the grave yard and framed Muff Potter with the murder. Then they started to spy on Injun Joe. In the process of spying they witnessed Injun Joe discover a treasure chest. Now the new adventure is to get that treasure from Injun Joe!
If you want to read an exciting adventurous classic. This is a book you won't regret reading! I rate it a 10!
